Southwest Florida Air Quality, Inc. came out within hours to check out a non-working unit, they even gave a courtesy heads up when they were on the way. Daniel quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. There was another issue he said to keep an eye on and could have totally sold me on replacing it now. I appreciated his honesty, detailed information and professionalism. This was just one of the many wonderful experiences I've had with SW FL Air Quality - I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Air conditioner wasn't working on a hot, steamy July day. Chris came out late evening and got it running. Very professional. Would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them for subsequent air conditioning services.

Very professional company who diagnosed a warranty claim with Lennox. Of course the parts were back ordered from Lennox. Office personnel called with weekly updates and within one day of receipt they scheduled to install. Highly recommend working with this company. Also, I purchased a service agreement to keep current on any maintenance issues.

I've been on an regular maintenance contract with SWFAQ for my AC system and always been pleased with the service. The service techs always explained what they were doing, gave me advice on my AC system and never once tried to "up sell" me even though it was old and an obvious candidate for replacement. When my old system finally started to behave erratically, I knew it was time for replacement. Chris came out the next day to look it over and give me a quote for the new Trane system. It was a very fair price and I had no hesitation moving forward. As fate would have it, my old AC quit working 2 days before the scheduled install, but no worries as Chris and the guys showed up as scheduled and had my new system up and running by mid-afternoon the same day. They were all very professional and took great care to clean up both inside and out after the job was completed. Before he left, Chris also spent time going over every detail of the new system, including the WiFi thermostat. I highly recommend SW Florida Air Quality for anyone needing HVAC services!
