Before our summer travels in 2021, we contacted SW Florida Air Quality for a home AC system check and routine maintenance. Good thing, because algae had built up and blocked the condensation drain tube which would have caused the system to shut down while we were away. Our service tech, Mike, told us of the option to add a UV light to the air handler that would kill microbial growth and prevent mold and algae to keep the system and our indoor air cleaner. We had it installed and it has proven to be a great investment. At the past two maintenance appointments there has been no buildup of algae or signs of mold in the system. We appreciate the expertise, great service and friendly advice we have received from Mike and SW Florida Air Quality and recommend them to anyone looking for reliable AC service.

Our AC died the day after we bought our house on Sanibel. We called Southwest Florida Air Quality on a recommendation and Mike sent someone over the same day and we were up and running with 72 hours, with an almost entirely new system. Since then we have used them for maintenance (one emergency call, again resolved same day) and for installing a separate system in another location. Wow! What a great experience with SWFL Air Quality. Besides coming and doing a great job on our regularly scheduled maintenance. We had some real cold nights a few weeks ago and we tested our heater before hand because we almost never use it. Well when it failed to come on we called right away to beat the cold. Chris came out first thing the next morning. Diagnosed the problem efficiently and quickly. Drove to get the part and used some connections to save us money. Came back made the repair quickly and had us back up and running in no time before the cold got there that night. Big thanks to Chris and the team!

Mike and Izaiha were great. Initial 2006 unit finally went. They were great installing our new system. They did try to salvage the initial unit but the compressor was shot. We felt better installing new unit. Would highly recommend this company/team.

I had a blower motor go out on my ac unit late one evening. My call was answered promptly and a service man was dispatched within the hour. He inspected my system and diagnosed it was the motor quickly. He made calls to find a motor, had it delivered again within the hour. The serviceman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The ac was up and running soon and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!
