I called for service in the morning and in afternoon Tim was able to stop by and found that my compressor was bad.Tim located new compressor and next day it was replaced.

I highly recommend Comfort Solutions! They installed our HVAC system several years ago and continue to handle the maintenance of it. Their techs are highly skilled and they provide excellent service.

Garage mini split AC install - The unit seems to operate fine except the condensate drain from the unit drips at the connection to the hard pvc drain. The installer left a small dent in the top of my clothes dryer. The installer left the wall/ceiling penetrations as sub standard at best - a more final patch should be provided.

The AC unit sprung a freon leak Christmas day causing a freeze up of the evaporating coil to freeze. Courtney from Comfort Solution came the day after Christmas to install freon and keep our out of warranty ten year plus old system alive until they replaced it with a new AC system the following Monday. Bottom line: great AC product, reasonable pricing, great techs, outstanding management (Tim Conttrell, owner), great office staff (Evelyn), great all around experience. Called this company for a problem with the AC and Michelle was very pleasant ..They were at my house within the hour and the tech Joey fixed the problem right away at a very reasonable price..
There are so many AC companies down here that are just not honest and want to sell you anything just to make money but believe you me this is not that company..I called Michelle back the next day and told her that I had a coupon for a free service call I forgot to give Joey and she took the charge (which was by the way $20.00 cheaper ) off my charge immediately ..I have been down here 20 yrs and this is the most HONEST and BEST AC company I have ever had....They ALL have been GREAT !!

Installed a brand new system less than a year ago. Have had more than one problem. This time the condenser stopped functioning and they wouldn’t even come out to fix it the same day. It’s like 80 degrees I’m the house and they want me to wait a day. Not acceptable And it had nothing to do with the filters which I change regularly and nothing to do with the owner.

Very impressed with the whole team!! We had to have the duct work all replaced and they did it in one day and were very professional, clean and helpful. I would highly recommend them for service and system replacements.
