We had a brand new unit installed and felt we were in excellent hands. This company is very professional. Phone calls and emails are answered almost immediately. Appointments are made easily and we receive a text when the Tech is on their way. We have had bad experiences with other companies. Comfort Solutions is the ONLY company we will use.

I typically don't write reviews unless it's a very bad or very good experience. I want to say that my experience with Comfort Air started off great with the owner and another tech coming in to examine why we had "hot spots" that were throughout the house. Most of the issues were chalked up to the house having gone through several renovations and still using the original duct system. After showing us a few options, they came up with a solution that would entail replacing 90% of my existing duct work and my AC unit. It wasn't the perfect solution but it was within our budget and it would be a major improvement on what were experiencing. It all sounded great but after spending $12,000 to completely redo our entire home HVAC we still had hot spots but they had shifted to different rooms and in fact some of they were noticeably hotter than before. I was understanding that it might take a few adjustments to get everything "balanced" - After four unsuccessful trips out to our home by their technicians, I was told that we would have to pay for future calls to try to correct the issue. Honestly, I was really taken back by the fact that they did not want to stand by their work any longer because we use Comfort Solutions for our home and business. I called the tech that we had a long relationship with and he was no longer with them and couldn't help us out. I decided I needed another opinion and ended up calling another company to come out and evaluate what was wrong. After spending approximately 5 hours in our house looking at our duct sizing and window sizes and they found that there were multiple issues including duct work that was undersized, ducts sitting on top of the insulation (instead of being suspended in air), high return differential pressure due to an undersized and kinked return and workmanship that was less than desirable with some ducts actually leaking into our attic. The new company did suggest to add a few of the items that Comfort did like adding a couple small returns so in all fairness I have to give Comfort credit for that since we could not afford to install those at the time. The total cost to replace and repair was approximately $8k; I was shocked. It's a disappointing scenario and I will not be going back to Comfort because I feel they will not stand behind their work. I knew it was not going to be a perfect solution but I would have been more than satisfied if they just would have solved the small hot spot issues as they promised.

I have used Comfort Solutions at my tanning salon TAN USA for 10 yrs. They have always been very professional and have taken care of the 2
air conditioners. The technicians are all NATE certified and are willing to come early before we open. They even wear booties. I can't say enough about this company. I highly recommend them.

This company is 100% honest, trustworthy, courteous, ethical, reliable and timely. They have all the necessary equipment, their employees well represent them, and they are outstanding!! Try them out if you're in doubt, and YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! They were SOOOOO patient with me, even though I'd been previously burned by a very unethical A/C company 10 years ago.

I call Tim he put together a proposal without even seeing the unit. Upon the on-site inspection he made a few suggestions to improve the system, by suggesting a different location for the unit, adding a return air from the master suite. I went with a two-stage system with variable speed air handler and electron it controls. They installed the entire system in one day including 50% of new duck work in adding the return. Teresa and I could not be happier, it was a great experience from a great team. I would strongly recommend Comfort solution for all your HVAC Needs. I am a large general contractor and they Seattle region, but comfort solutions met or exceeded my best subcontractors. Bob Pearson
