Butler Air services our business' extremely large commercial a/c units. Kodi is always willing to solve problems, no matter the size. They are quick to respond and easy to deal with. This prompted me to call them for my personal equipment when my pool heater went out. Realizing they are not in the pool business but the equipment is similar, I was just looking for guidance as I was not getting good or any guidance from "pool repair specialists". After working a FULL day, Kodi and Shannon came out to my house around 8:30 in the evening to look at my pool heater, IN THE DARK by flashlight. Kodi gave a diagnosis and says, "I can handle this for you if you want". My surprised look, I said perfect. Three days later, I was sitting in my hot tub at 104 degrees. Side note: I had contacted 3 pool equipment repair companies to look pool heater. One charged me $100 to come out and determine he would need to send another technician to look at it to figure it out. Another just quoted me replacement cost before coming to diagnose the problem and the third, I still haven't heard back from & this was 3 months ago! Recommend highly BUTLER AIR SOLUTIONS!

Kodi Butler was very responsive to my needs when my AC condenser went out during an especially hot week. Even though he already had a long day, he promised me he would come out the same day I called. He arrived around 7pm in the evening and was able to give me a quote that I found to be reasonable.
He contacted me once he had acquired the equipment needed and worked around MY schedule to install the unit. The work was finished timely and with attention to details like bolting the condenser down (it was not bolted down previously).
I am now very happy to be comfortable and appreciate Kodi's responsiveness, professionalism and politeness.
