Sam is a true asset to One Hour. He was polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We came into our vacation home to 85 degrees. Sam came within the hour and had it up and running within 10 minutes. Well done Sam!

Called them at 9:30 this morning and they were able to fit me into the schedule today. A technician arrived just after 2:00. The technician Trevor was great and diagnosed my issue quickly and efficiently. The replacement part needed is in stock and they will be returning to swap it out. I always receive reliable and dependable service from One Hour Air.

These guys are the best! Chas came out to my house within an hour of my service call. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional! I ask a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all in a way I could understand. He laid out all available service and let me decide which options worked best for me! I have had a rocky start with both my AC units. I needed to replace both units after moving to Florida in 2016. There were some issues that occurred after the new units were installed that caused me some distress. I have to credit One Hour Air for being responsive to me and honestly listening to my concerns. Brandy returned my call to One Hour promptly and honestly listened to my concerns. Chris and Amy arrived shortly after we spoke and made sure both my systems were working properly and let me know what I needed to watch out for. They addressed my issue, were very professional and provided me with the confidence and trust I needed to move forward. I signed up for their maintenance plan which if you live here in Florida is simply essential to the proper maintenance and will mitigate unforeseen costs should something go wrong. Iām glad I decided to call them back because One Hour Air does care about me as a customer.

The service tech Chris micallef did a awesome job. My AC unit was not being nice to Chris it kept throwing him a curve ball and he didn't give up and kept at it untill he found the gremlin. A great tech for a company to have, he also is very good at customer communication

His prompt service and professional manner was great. I love that the service people put cloths over their shoes when they enter the home. Scheduling was quick and easy and customer service persons are friendly over the phone. Keep up the good service!

Highly recommended, they fixed my ac last year, they sent out a technician who was very familiar with my system even though it is an uncommon one. And just today fixed my ac again for the 2nd time, although it was a different issue from the first job. Solid choice if you need some HVAC work done.

An excellent ambassador for your business. He talked directly and convincingly to a relative who came in while he was working. The relative told him that he once used One Hour and had signed up with a warranty contractor when he lived up north. Anthony told the relative that when a warranty firm sends someone to your house, you don't know what experience he had. The relative agreed. Anthony told him that service techs working at the One Hour locations in this area are trained -- and said he was heading for a training session of several days at another state shortly. Training people is one of the greatest strengths of your business. Few businesses do that - it is one of the reasons I do business with your company

Update: now they say my name won't pull up. How many millers called that day? My review was same day.
The guy came out and charged us $100 to tell us we need a new fan part which would be a thousand dollars most likely and wouldn't be back until Monday. It's Friday. After he left, my husband rechecked it and found a wire that uncoated and was shorting out. That's it. It's now working again. For the price of a fuse .
