Update 4/30/21. Amy was amazing. My first time having her as my technician. There are some issues with my 12 year old system that she explained very clearly. Will request her next time.
Have used One Hour for 11 years. George has been my technician several times. Always does a great job. Explains everything.

If I could give Paul 15 stars I would. Our A/C broke and our window for repair was 2-6pm. We were the lucky ones to be in line closer to 2pm. Paul called me on his way, gave me an estimated time and made it to my house with no issues. I was working and my neighbor helped me out by being present in the house and Paul had no problem working it with him. Paul fixed my capacitor in record time, worked all the paperwork with warranty and called me to let me know what he did, gave me pointers in how to keep my A/C in good shape, noticed that my service was coming due and all this while being super pleasant. Paul knows what he is doing, loves what he does and knows how to work with customers. Definitely an A+++++++ service all around!

Chris has been our service man many times and does an excellent job every time. He is knowledgeable about every question we have. Being part time Florida residents we feel secure knowing Chris has serviced our unit. Thank you One Hour Air for being consistent by sending Chris and for hiring such a competent person. And for letting me know when it is time for our service call.

I called One hour for small problem I was having on new install. Harry, the service technician, was terrific. He was on time and explained everything to me. Great service and great follow up. Thanks Harry and thanks One Hour Bros.

09/29/2020- Called the crew in for a repair from last year - Everything perfect. On time , hard working and customer focused . Matt and his team are amazing . Manager Dave was exceptional. Office staff very pleasant and helpful. Ignore the low stars by others. Been using One hour for 2 years, perfect service every time.

Service person was here for 3 hours and tried to sell me a $550 condenser fan motor, which was under warranty. Service person didn’t want to talk about it being under warranty. I found that suspicious. Had another company come to look at it the same day and it was only the capacitor, which was in stock and on the truck. I now have a cool home. I had even asked the One Hour service person if capacitor was ok. He said yes. It also looked like he switched the wiring to the existing capacitor, so the unit wouldn’t run when discussing problem with me. Don’t get scammed by this company.

Although we have never had a bad experience from any of the One Hour service techs who have visited us before, Amy was exceptional. In fact, we hope that she will be assigned to us again. She discussed various plans to maintain and extend the life of our system and has initiated one during her visit . We look forward to seeing her on the next visit to follow up on what she has started. She exhibited a high degree of competence and confidence in our conversation and in her familiarity with our A/C system. She was also very pleasant, friendly, and cooperative. A definite good experience.

Kelly arrived soon after I called the office today. I certainly appreciate the quick response! She had my a/c cooling again in record time. Thanks once again for employing such qualified and friendly technicians!

Amy was here for our regular air conditioner maintenance. She is very efficient, skilled, professional and friendly.

Jason Murphy was the technician for the spring time maintenance of the HVAC system. One Hour and Jason both text me about the arrival time and he arrived as was anticipated by this information. Jason was extremely thorough and detailed in his inspection of the system. He was very polite and professional. Jason also informed me of what I can do to check and as an owner, do some small basic things to keep the system working at its peak. All parts to the system were cleaned and wax was applied to appropriate surfaces for added protection and life expectancy. An upgrade to the system was recommended and explained. Jason is the type of technician that represents the company well and aids in maintaining our relationship with One Hour.

Amy was very professional and explained everything she was doing in terms that I could understand. Great job Amy!

7/7/22 We had a big storm last night and it fried the compressor. Kelly came out today and replaced the part that was fried even though it was pouring down with rain!

I WORK WITH MANY COMPANIES AND BILLY FROM ONE HOUR WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND HONEST. NO STRESS AND MADE THE REPAIRS AS PROMISED. I RECOMMEND ONE HOUR TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR AWESOME SERVICE AND FAIR PRICES. FYI THEY ARE AS GOOD AS IT GETS!
