Work performed 6/17/22. Requested multiple times a detailed invoice showing cost covered by warranty on one year old HVAC unit. No response or transparency with cost breakdown of compressor covered by the warranty, labor or condenser installed. Resent a lump sum cost invoice. Cost presented was lump sum without explanation. At first visit, we were told total cost will be $390 for recovery of refrigerant and the compressor will be under warranty. On day of install, we were told by the office our cost will be $1100 with warranty parts and labor. Final cost charged us by tech after work completed was $1800. No explanation of warranty coverage at all. My wife (Millie) contacted David Cox by email for explanation and still no response. We will continue to pursue a detailed explanation of this cost and now wish to also cancel the service agreement with refund. Very disappointing!

Don't get scammed by this company! Simple swap out of a 6 yr old air handler motor and this One Hour Air insisted that I needed to buy a new system. Never produced a written estimate for either the repair or the entire system replacement. Called another company after 2 days of dealing with One Hour BROS Air and they came with the motor on their truck, swapped it out in less than a hour for pennies compared to getting a new system. They said they would refund my service call fee because the tech did not use their standard operating procedures, but after more than 2 weeks I still haven't received it. You will pay them to come out for a service call and then instead of fixing they will spend their time trying to get you to replace your entire system. and if you don't bit, they at least made $80 for not even trying to repair your system. The tech acted like he didn't even know how to repair the unit. talking about needing to evacuate the Freon and cutting the copper to get the motor out, which was so incorrect. The unit is made to be able to pull the motor without cutting anything which is what the other company did. RIP OFF unless you want them to convince you into buying a new full system. By the way, I have family that is in the HVAC business, but were out of state. I was being advised over the phone and was the saving grace that kept my from believing their BS.

Amy spent a great deal of time serving our AC unit and explained any concerns as well as pictures to show what she had done. By far this is the best tech person we’ve had and I only want her to come back and service our unit. Very happy with her work and professionalism. She treats us like family and is trustworthy. Go Amy!

On time and professional technicians. Always friendly and courteous. Quality workmanship and affordable pricing. Had my AC system 5 years now, no issues. One Hour always calls to set up maintenance every six months. The last technician was great (Sam). I highly recommend him!

This time Amy did the maintenance on my air conditioning. She was very professional and so knowledgeable. She took very good care of my unit and explained everything very well. I was quite impressed with her!!! Technicians like Amy keeps customers like myself loyal to a company!!!

Paul Kolakowski was our serviceman. He was timely, even calling to give his ETA. He was very thorough, professional, friendly, honest and caring. He is a great listener, asks searching questions and makes sure he fully answers all the customer's questions and concerns. He is not only a skilled tradesman, he's also a great ambassador and frontline person for One Hour. We're glad we had purchased a service contract on our unit. The cost savings on our coil replacement and refrigerant recharge was phenomenal. We have used One Hour for years, and have never been disappointed.

Tech charged $800+for less than 1/2 hour work and installed $60 part.They said they would give me credit toward a new unit. Until they realized the $800+ was more than they wanted to take off new unit. Office manager was NO help

Juan was my service tech today and I found him to be honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable about his job and he did a knock- out job on servicing my unit. He had a trainee along with him and he was very enthusiastic about his new job as well and was also very good and cleaning my unit and assisting Juan on my unit service.
