I have been work with the company for several years. Hey provide great value a service. My recent maintenance from technician Peter was great. He was courteous and knowledgeable. After using them for over seven years I can only say they are superb service providers. Office staff (particularly Hillary) and Sr. Service Tech Darin excel at explaining exactly what has to be done. Best outfit I’ve ever used for A/C.

Over the past six years, and before with our home's previous owner, Darin has been inspecting, analyzing, installing, maintaining, cleaning and the person responsible for the reliable operations of our six-zone AC system. He has been able to predict system difficulties before they become a problem. He is on time for appointments and always prepared to do whatever is required to keep us in a comfortable, clean-air environment. We are very happy Astro Air customers.

1000% recommend this company. I had an issue that they came right out and got me running after hours, within the hour! The after hours call I don’t even think rang a full time before being answered. Chris the on call tech was top notch, super knowledgeable and diagnosed within not even minutes but seconds. I signed up for a yearly maintenance program and they are my number 1 go to and the only one I will refer from now on. Everyone else you call says they are booked out for the night. I highly recommend this company and their exceptional service.

We use AstroAir for 14 of our HVAC units at the office and they come in and get things done in an efficient manner. I have not had any problems working with them. They tell me what is wrong with the units and break it down to give us the correct estimates.

Expert with Mitsubishi multi system. Needed troubleshooting on Xmas morning and Rick was super responsive guiding me to a quick fix!
