They came and they ruined the ac unit for us. It was a disaster and we almost had a flooded out room.

great service , had all the parts on the truck , fixed the AC on the first visit!

Tim Koubek was awesome. He was extremely helpful and explained what was needed, what will eventually be needed, fixed my issue and had me sitting in a cold house in no time. I never felt like he was trying to take me for every penny on things I didn’t need, in fact the opposite was true. It’s scary enough when something big goes out in your house, knowing Astro Air will be upfront and honest relieves a lot of the stress while dealing with it.

Appears these clowns can't get their act together...!

A little background I was supposed to have Jim from Astro Air come and give us prices on an AC replacement they didn't show.

On the day of the appt called I asked where they where and was given some lame excuses as to why they couldn't make it - not an apology! We arranged for another day Jim showed up ill prepared without a ladder to get to the roof yet Jim did offer an estimate and advised he'd have to come back with a tech to get a look at the unit and stand.

Advised that I would be available after 1pm he showed up at 11:45AM and at this point I was beyond frustrated called and emailed a few times asking why is this so difficult for them to show up and then to show up not prepared and then to show up early seriously what in the hell?

So I called and asked for Jim's manager who was the owner and all the sudden Jim calls me back very upset asking me WHAT I WANT? What am I trying to accomplish by calling his boss? Then tell me they don't HAVE roofing contractors to combine both roofing and A/C installs really? So you don't do roofing units to which I was told in a snotty manner I'd have to handle the roofers on my own and this would be a minumim of $1200 more on top of their charge.

Now this is after I tell them that I want THEM to get a roofing contractor involved that they know and work closely with and I am not sure I read this right but apparently they may have had some issue with their last roofer screwing up a job but in any event thats the way treat ya.

Whats was more confusing is I see a commercial for Astro air & one immediate after of Astro roofing which brought me to the conclusion that they had started a roofing division my mistake not the same company.

Yet Astro air refuses to follow some very basic instructions from a possible customer - so my take away is that Astro Air doesn't listen, and when called these potatoes respond back with your a lair, WE DONT HAVE A ROOFING COMPANY - ok you don't have a roofing company but you failed to show for your first appointment, then show up unprepared for the second appt, then the third appt you show up 2.5 hours early seriously?

But In any event this company has some major issues the poorly trained sales people to the misinformed owner who can't take full responsability when they screw up, and further more Kevin their owner advised their agents are paid only on commission so he didn't understand why his salesmen would attack a potential customer but honestly this makes it very clear where Astro Air's motivations are and it isn't with its customers well being!

From what I can see in other reveiws these guys need to take seriously what they are being told and hire a professional customer service manager, fire some bad staff with poor attitudes and pull their heads out there asses.

Because there is to much competition for them to survive doing what they are doing now which is messing up and blaming everyone but themselves....

AstroAir is an incredible company that we've been using for years for various maintenance, ductwork, repairs, etc.
Now we needed a new system and so naturally we went with them.
They were so accommodating, informative, and as always, honest!
The guys who installed it, Jacky and Claude, are the greatest two guys I know.
We had a holiday beginning at sundown and they took it upon themselves to work nonstop, from 8am until 6pm, in order to have it done for us. Other than mandel-bread and macaroons, they never even took a meal break.
Unbelievable.
I will continue to use and recommend Joe and his company for all A/C needs.

My tech Tim Koubek was the best ever. Highly recommend!
