I just terminated the service with them on extended warranty, my Carrier A/C was braking every 2 mouths they must be using cheap replacements parts is impossible a 6 years old A/C unit brakes so often ..

I just had the gentleman Luis here to install leak detectors and he was very polite and helpful with explaining everything to me.

What terrible customer service!!! Just called to ask them to walk me through programming my unit and they claim they are too busy to help me, for me to look it up! WOWWWW way to be rude and unprofessional. Already looking for another company to replace this terrible company!

Honesty is what I like the most. They will never perform any service or repair that is not required!
