I paid $196.50 for a 2 times a year maintenance on my A/C unit. They came out they told me that I needed a Capacitor. They charged me $225.63 for it. I looked up the part on Amazon and it was $12.00. When I called about it they said that is normal because someone has to come out and installed and for insurance. The service man was out already , I paid for the insurance of the guy and the visit to my house. He just went into his truck and got the part. I paid for the second visit already, but that’s it. I even told the owners son that I gave the company a lot of business and I am a senior on a fixed income. Sorry Michael, I didn’t think you did business that way. NO I DID NOT disconnect with you. You said that you would get back with me and NEVER did about my JULY maintenance service. About the part I didn’t know at the time that you charged OVER A 2.000 % markup and you said it was because you had to send someone, well he was out to my house already and he only had to walk down my driveway to his truck. The $12 cost of the part was my cost NOT the wholesale cost that you paid so it was OVER a 2,000% markup. I WANT MY REFUND FOR THE JULY SERVICE THAT I PAID FOR IN JANUARY AND NEVER GOT!!!!!

I do not have the necessary vocabulary to fully explain just how great these folks are. They went way beyond the call of duty, making multiple calls to our condo, even though the real problem is with our condo building, not our individual unit. Yes, the guys that came here are very nice and, no doubt, more knowledgeable than the typical serviceman. But, it goes way beyond that. These folks are honest, and that's no small thing. Please don't tell them, but if they raised their prices I would still not consider using anyone else. No kidding, no doubt, THEY ARE THE BEST!

Called M&R. They made the installation corrections to the air handler, installed baffles and scoops and rebalanced the system. Perfect now. Should have called them after first company told me how good their installation was.
We have a maintenance contract with M&R and we find them to be professional, responsive, and thorough. With others we have experienced efforts to try to upsell us on things we do not need. None of that from M&R. They send 2 technicians, arrive when scheduled, do a thorough inspection, check pressure and performance, change filters and batteries, and are on their way.
M & R AC is the BEST! They installed a great AC system in my home & have kept it beautifully maintained with yearly tune-ups. I really appreciate how they listened to my needs. They take good care of me! Thanks so much.
