It's just a dispatcher at home who knows little about HVAC. She calls the next wildcatter on the list. They may or may not know much. If they even show up. See the picture of their "establishment" ? That's completely fake. It's the delivery door for a restaurant. There is no A/C shop anywhere. I asked around. Nothing.
