These guys are ROCKSTARS! Our AC went out and a friend recommended them to us. They showed up to our house on a Sunday afternoon and gave me a quote. They were very nice and the prices were great. They got us a new unit installed on Tuesday and now our house feels great again. I will definitely use them again for anything they offer.

My rental property’s AC was broken when I was traveling in Europe this summer. The management company has two existing vendors but their quotes are expensive. Under my request, my management company reached out to several other companies and I decided to use this vendor because my communication with Luis was smooth. He’s helpful giving me three products to choose from and their price is much reasonable. My decision is right. They installed AC and sent me the photos. They really did a good job. I will use this company for all my units’ AC work.

We had a ductless split unit put in our home. Louis, replaced our old one. He was very polite and explained everything as he was installing the new system correctly. He made sure everything was properly sealed correctly and cleaned up afterwards. I wish I had found them the first time I had one put in. 100% happy and satisfied with thier workmanship. The unit is amazing and very efficient. You won't be disappointed in using Tropical Heating and Cooling. I can't express enough how please I am with them and our service man Louis.

I gave Luis a five star rating because he was 27% less than his competitors while giving me a 15 seer system when others quoted 14 seer. Also I called him on Friday and it was installed and running by 1 pm on Saterday. I am going to get another unit for downstairs from him next month.

Luis is a hardworking, reliable and honest guy. Came by to fix our AC when it was down even though his day was already packed. He thought the issue was all fixed, but when it started having some more issues he came two more times without hesitation. Won't hesitate to use him again.

Had air-conditioning go out on a Saturday night and mechanic arrived within 3 hours amazing…….. Also had A/C go down after Hurricane and mechanic came first thing following morning. A+ Service, Highly Recommended. 👍🏻
