Nicks AC is the best ever! I’ve called them twice since November 1 and tonight! They came quickly and fixed my ac / heating issue as promised! They are definitely the best ! I felt like I was calling family for help and they came to my rescue !

HVAC units for at the worst possible times! My very old monstrosity died on Saturday night, I got a free evaluation and quote the next day. Monday I got a call confirming that the unit I wanted was on the way out the factory door, and by lunchtime Wednesday I was comfortable again. I also got an immediate follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. What great people!

In Florida it is difficult to find an HVAC company that is reputable. Well I found it with Nicks. Unit was making some strange noises. Tec came out checked out the entire system inside and out. Checked pressures. Just a noisy reversing valve. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and didn’t charge a ridiculous price for a service call. That is how you get repeat business and referrals.

Dan identified my issue very quickly. He explained what was occurring with the unit and how to check and maintain the unit. Very professional and informative on products and services offered. Easy to talk to and did not feel pressured to purchase any additional products or services.

They were so friendly!! Made me feel like family. I am very pleased I went with this company. Plus, I know if anything goes wrong with my unit they would be there in a heartbeat to fix it.
