Alvaro was very detailed in explaining our air conditioning problems. The duct work was not working efficiently. He and his crew were professional and worked diligently to replace our duct work and update the HVAC system. I am highly impressed. Our home is now cool in all rooms which was not the case beforehand. We are very thankful for the work done. Might I add, he proved to me that he has integrity. Our upstairs AC unit completely turned off. I called Air Prime and they were there the next morning and were able to fix our unit and also provide very important details on how to prevent this problem from happening again. The tech was very thorough and friendly! I could not have had a better experience with them!

I don’t even know where to start here. The first time we called Air Prime we lived at a different house. Alvaro came out, fixed our heater without charging us. About 6 months later my wife and bought a different house that had an older AC. I had my usual AC guy come out and he replaced a couple parts and got it running. The problem was it wouldn’t cool past 78 during the day and ran constantly. So, my wife called Alvaro. He came out and shot me straight about the condition of the condenser, and more importantly, the whole system, including the duct work. He advised me of the best approach to get the house comfortable during the hot summer days. His assessment was thorough and he asked me the right questions about what I wanted; he wasn’t just trying to figure out how to give me the cheapest solution, he asked what I wanted to accomplish. I wanted a solution so we didn’t have to worry about our house being hot or our AC failing. His solution was to install a new unit and fix the ductwork. His price was fair so we decided to complete everything he recommended. We needed to leave the house for a couple days because they had to replace the duct work and AC. During the install while we were away, our plumbing backed up. Alvaro called us immediately! He even had his guys clean up the entire mess and wait for the plumber. When it came time to pay my bill he didn’t charge extra and just said he was happy to help. You don’t run across people like him and his crew very often. These guys were the epitome of excellence. I highly recommend this company.

I needed a new A/C system in my Condo in Kings Point Sun City Center, I tried to get multiple quotes from local contractors, some big, some small.
