Su' Coy Heating, AC & Duct Cleaning

This company is very professional, and I would recommend them to everyone. I contacted Mr. Su’Coy about my hot water heater. He immediately asked all the right questions and assessed the issue.

When I first experienced Mr Su'Coy I knew/thought that my experience with him would be stellar but sadly to say it did not end that way. I phoned his company to have someone come out to look at my AC and was blessed with the owner himself he check a few things then had me come look at the control board that he said was not sending a signal to either the thermostat or the unit I don't remember but he did take the time to show me what he found. Because it was a Saturday he wouldn't be able to look for another board until Monday because the company with the control boards was closed on the weekends he had no control over that so I had to be okay with it as well. Come Monday I talked to him and he stated that the company had him on hold for quite a while and when the call was finally answer he was hung up on and he said that he would go somewhere to get a board in person on the next day. Come Wednesday Mr Su'Coy and another person came out to check my unit again and stated he would give me an update on a time frame as to when my unit would be repaired. Two days go by and no word from anyone. I call his company on Friday of the same week asked to speak with Mr Su'Coy and was told he was not in the office and if I could call back in about 3 hours I could not do that because of my work schedule so I asked that my number be given to Mr Su'Coy to have him call me back well I have to assume he hasn't gotten back to the office yet because as of this review being written I have not heard from Mr Su'Coy or anyone from his company. I feel like if they couldn't or didn't want to fix my unit then to simply say as much would have made my experience a little nicer but to tell me that you are gonna do one thing or another and not do either and not inform me of your decision was an awful way to handle that situation. I pray that I am the only one to ever have to experience this with a company that apparently have such a great fan base which was why I chose to have this company repair my AC. Also I believe I should receive a refund of the initial inspection because of the bad customer service that was provided to me. I was left to endure 90 degree weather with no AC for a week. I called someone else to come out just to find out that all I needed a new thermostat. Negative stars for their customer service

Was able to clean my unit in a decent time and with plenty of care and knowledge . I would recommend this reliable, honest, knowledgeable team of professionals to anyone I know.
