Our furnace stopped working during a rainy and chilly three day weekend. I used Yelp's request a quote feature with some basic information about the issue. Despite the holiday weekend, Sucoy messaged me right back saying that he thought he could guide me through the simple repair on the phone. A few calls later the house was warm AND I had learned some basic info about how furnaces work. This is like the opposite of the repair guy coming and saying you need to replace the motherboard for no good reason. If I ever have issues with the furnace again, I know who I'm going to call.

We've used Sucoy and his crew for installing new ducts under our house. When we had a problem bc of rats, they came back 3 years later and replaced with a heavy duty material and threw in the labor. The guys did a good job of removing the old duct work with minimal mess (bc they cleaned up well after themselves).
We have also had our heater and air conditioner serviced, and after a few years replaced. The servicing regularly keeps the units from going out on the super hot days or super cold days. So I've never had any problems with either my air conditioner or heater because of the regular maintenance.

Sucoy was very professional, as was his tech. When the tech finished the vent cleaning, he showed me photos of the mold in the vent/insulation. When I contacted my landlord, he sent out a different vent company for a second opinion. This second company couldn't find the mold, accused Best Air Quality of trying to scam me, until I asked them to open up a different vent and look. There it was! Mold, just as described.
They are incredibly honest, reliable and trustworthy. No scams here, folks.
They even had to hire another company to cut the vents so they could access and remove the insulation in the air-conditioning unit.

So good. My landlord is now keeping their info in his file.

They appeared flawlessly, were truly genial and he worked successfully in cleaning my air vents and conductors. Every one of the representatives were thoughtful, respectful, and productive. Great service and I really notice the better air in my home (less sneezing and sinus issues). They took a look at my HVAC unit and found mold, which the HVAC techs had never noted (despite regular semi-annual inspections). They treated it with a non toxic solution (smelled like thyme!) and air quality in the house is much much better. Highly recommend.
