Steve is very knowledgeable and provided detailed answers to all my questions, His work is very professional, very neat and carefully checked. It was a pleasure to have Steve for this project.

    I was disappointed. My father pays for the service plan for his heater. I called them when he had a water leak that had the water turned off in his house. He is 85 years old so no water is an issue. They said they could not schedule him until December.
