Kevin Eklund is my hero. Although he wasn’t very familiar with my not very common water heater he persevered and got the job done. I could tell he really thought we would be better off with a tankless but I wasn’t ready to give up on my old one quite yet. Kevin made multiple calls and came back several times until my water heater was back up and running. He was a pleasure to work with.

Joe came out for a service call, very cool guy and upfront and honest, recommended getting all new ac and furnace being 31 years old Met with Alex, super cool guy down to earth and very helpful and told us about the crew that came out would be awesome and they did not disappoint Thank you so much Dequan and Joel Very highly recommend. 👍

I called for a heater repair on 1/15 that was unable to be done without a new part. I waited a week and a half for the part that was supposedly needed to fix my heater. In below freezing conditions on more than one night, don’t know how I kept my pipes from exploding. When the part arrived they didn’t even call me, I had to call them to discover it’s arrival (after several days of saying it should be there the next day) and they said dispatch would schedule me for an appointment next day. No one called by 10:30 so I did. They told me they’d look into the part and called me back. When I received the call back message they said to call back to set up an appointment today. I did, less than two minutes after the message was left. They suddenly claimed nothing was available until tomorrow. I asked to speak to a supervisor because at this point this is ridiculous. I understand vendor shipping issues, but this part was here -yesterday- and they didn’t even bother to call. The answer? I can’t speak with a supervisor, it’s going to take up to 24hrs to get one. You mean there’s no one overseeing your dispatch office, I ask? “Of course there is. But they can’t talk to you. Are you going to schedule or not?” I just… I hung up. I can’t at this point. The only professional one there was the actual tech that came to the house. Sorry Mark, your poor dispatch cost you a work order.

I woke to no heat one morning and requested an appointment online at around 5am. I received a call soon after 8am asking if a tech could come that morning. Tyler was thorough in his inspection of the furnace and patient with my questions as he explained that the reason for no heat was not the fault of the heater but, in fact, that our furnace chimney that was probably over 100 years old had collapsed at its base. As a result of his visit, I contacted a chimney company and the issue was dealt with within two days.
