Horizon Services - Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating

I have had a service contract with ServiceMark for many, many years. I have also bought heating and an airconditioning systems from them. I have never had a problem with getting a service call appointment. Have not had many reasons to call them, so their maintenance personnel are pretty darn good!
I recommend them very highly and will continue to do business with them for many more years to come.

Today was my first experience with Service Mark. It will also be my last. Aside from an $89 appearance charge I was charged $62 for each toilet flapper replaced in my home. When I questioned the mechanic, who was cordial and polite, if this was an error he replied, "The charge includes installation." My order number is 388107. For this non-skilled activity a charge of $213 was rendered. service Mark will never again perform services at this home, or with any other person with whom I speak that requests a plumber.

Kevin, the technician arrived on time and completed a thorough inspection and cleaning of our HVAC system. He left us with an estimate on two items that might cause issues in the not too distant future. He was very responsive to questions. He was also veryneat and respectful of our home.

I have used ServiceMark to service my hot water heater and HVAC system on different occasions and each experience has been incredibly pleasant. They've always been on time, come out the day I call, and are pleasant to have in your home. I have recommended them to others on multiple occasions.

Horizon Services Cooling, Heating and Plumbing really took care of me today. My water heater called it quits on me and Ryan came out today and removed my old water heater and installed this brand new beautiful Bradford and White water heater in less than 2hrs!!! Service Mark technicians and staff have been courteous, efficient, on-time and patient in explaining how the heating, cooling and other systems in the house work. The service center staff, have been exceptionally patient and supportive. Emily has been first-rate - she returns telephone calls without delay and is always "there" for the customer. She made sure that a young technician I like to work with is the one who comes to my house whenever possible. Emily and the technician are the best advertisements for Service Mark could have. Of course, I would recommend the company. First-rate.
