These guys are great. Quickly diagnosed a problem (foolish me, the gas was off at the meter), and offered a tune up for a reasonable fee in the future. Will use you guys every time. Thank you for your honesty- it's hard to find these days.

August 10, 2016 I purchased my new gas heater and air conditioner about 5 years ago, and have been extremely happy with both systems since the beginning. Recently, I noticed an unusual noise when the air conditioner started up. Service Tech Matt Kron diagnosed the problem and answered all my questions. Andrew provided expert service installing the new motor I needed (under warranty).
This company is the real deal--fair prices, prompt and excellent service, friendly people who want to provide the best product and installation possible. I recommend Enhanced to all my friends.

I had an old A/C system which I needed replaced. I called Enhanced, detailed what I needed and got the precise quote I was looking for. Days later, the team arrived and managed to install the new system, quickly, professionally, and with no hassles. This was a complex job as the compressor is on the roof -- not a problem for Enhanced. The new system is perfect. Hottest day of year find out my house ac isn't cooling the house. Heat pump doesn't appear to be working. Called Enhanced Heating and AC after hours Thursday before memorial day weekend. Left a message, someone called me right back they were at my front door at 9:30 AM the next morning. Andy introduced himself, was very professional and went right to work. Within about 15-20 minutes figured out it was the breaker. He made sure no other issues with our unit and we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday weekend. My neighbor recommended this company after he needed a new heat pump. I would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! I recently had a problem with my heat pump. It was a situation where the problem was not easily identified. Dave had to come out a few times, but he did not give up and really wanted to fix the issue for me. The office staff is great. April is extremely helpful and very responsive. And I feel that their prices are fair and reasonable. All in all, I am a satisfied customer.

Outstanding professionalism and insight on future maintenance issues on the part of Service Technician Ed Wilhem. He was very helpful in restoring the opertation of my 1994 Gas fireplace along with recommendations on replacing my Toggle switch. I will certainly look to request Mr. Wilhem again for my A/C inspection next Spring!

We have been using Enhanced Heating and Air for several years and once again we needed their help today with on of our AC systems. Great experience with this company the tech that was dispatched to my location in less than a hour. I have contacted a few other companies that promised me same day service but never showed up. The tech that arrived at my location was kind, friendly and professional. Andy was faced with a complicated job where my previous burner gave out and the new one was installed incorrectly with loose wires everywhere. Andy stated that this is a mess but he is going to make sure that I have heat before he leaves. Andy delivered on what he promised and would recommend Andy to anyone. The level of customer service that Andy delivered is going to lead to purchase of a new Heating Unit. Thank you Andy and we will do business again because of you.

Dave and Lou installed a new furnace and ac unit - they arrived on time and finished early. Very happy with the service and they took time to explain all the features of the new system and answered all my questions. Enhanced did a great job with this project and the price was great to boot - thanks!

I had a great experience with this company. Had a hot memorial day weekend and kicked on the AC for the first time this year and shortly after we noticed water was leaking around the unit. I saw other reviews of this company on google and gave them a shot. They were able to get me an appointment the next day. Matt, the technician that arrived at my door well within the hour window given, got a run down of what was going on and past problems/repairs to our AC unit. He did a thorough diagnostic and found that everything appeared in good order. He then took a look at the evaporator coil and saw that it was completely covered with dust and hair. At that point he showed me the issue and what was happening inside the unit because of this. He was able to not only clean the coil, but do a phenomenal job eliminating the cause of the problem in the first place (the filter was on the other side of a wall and the unit had been sucking insulation/dust/hair in from between the drywall). Matt took the time to make metal inserts to block the debris and create a clear channel for the air. He also took the time to explain several different options available to allow me to pick the best option available for the situation and my budget. He worked for over two hours and the bill was much less then I feared. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! I just want to note that I am receiving no compensation for this review this is a great company and more people should be considering it as an option.
