Custom Mechanical

We had a problem with water pressure in a shower/tub in a condo at Sea Colony which we both use and rent out. As usual, Custom was responsive, came out as scheduled and completed the job successfully. I debated between 4 and 5 stars. I did 4 because it was expensive and I am not sure there wasn’t a simpler solution. But they were honest about it from the beginning. Good company.

Very fast service. Very nice technician, knowledgeable and careful not to track dirt in or out of the house. Explained what he was doing and answered any questions I asked him. I will call this company back, if any other problems occur.

Why did I not go here first ?

Custom Mechanical is the best - case closed.

Last year they solved an AC problem that 3 others could not solve.

This past weekend I called at 11:30, they were there in less than 90 minutes on a hot busy weekend, and fixed an AC problem on my other unit in 20 minutes.

They are great and now my “go to” for all things heating/AC, plumbing, and hot water.

AC went out Wednesday afternoon; Custom Mechanical had it running by 10:30am on Thursday. Unreal customer service, totally professional, polite, & obviously highly skilled. Their reputation as the best is well deserved.

I have had a maintenance contract with Custom Mechanical for 9 years and purchased a new AC unit from them last year. I have always found the staff to be efficient, professional, personable and on time. My recent spring maintenance experience was the same.

We had a 6 month performance checkup and, as usual, Custom Mechanical's tech was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. We've been with them for about 10 yr's and appreciate their service.

Thomas Evans found the office staff and the Tech to be very professional and timely. I would recommend this company. The tech was excellent and all the staff great.Kenny did a great job. Nice guy too.

Dave was the representative that came to perform my service on both my Heat and AC. He was very polite, conscientious, clean, friendly and helpful. He reviewed the contract I chose with me and also gave me a few insider tips; like when to schedule my next cleaning.

They are very professional. They did a good job inspecting the heating/AC system. They also pointed out a potential problem with my 17 yr. old water heater, and they sent a employee to give me an estimate on a new one.

My first experience with CM, and it was a winner. They were prompt, efficient, thorough and customer friendly, taking the time to explain exactly what my problems were and what options were open to me. I would gladly call them again should I need their help.
