Custom Mechanical may not be the cheapest but they are the best. Our tech was Derrick and you could not ask for a more polite, respectful and professional young man. We only went one night without heat. He was actually able to diagnose from a cell phone video that helped to cut his time. Highly recommend

If you choose their Premium Plan you get free tune-ups twice a year, no charge for emergency calls, and if you need a replacement part you get a discount. I highly recommend using this local company.

I don't know what is going on with Custom Mechanical lately. We have used their services for our home, our rental units and our shopping center so we are good customers. But this time all went bad.
Problem 1: We made the appointment and Robert said we were the first to make an appointment for that day. They should have come early in the 8-12 time slot. Instead they didn't show up at all. We had to call at noon and finally they sent someone. No apologies either.

Problem 2: They didn't fix the problem. The plumber said we have a line running to a dehumidifier. Incorrect. We wanted the line to our humidifier on our HVAC machine fixed. Instead later I found out he disconnected and got rid of our humidifier line. So now we are screwed for the winter.

Problem 3: The plumber who came had no knowledge of what to fix. The broken line was frozen last January. When Custom Mechanical came then, they ask if we could wait until warmer weather because it was really cold under the house to fix it. We said of course. But then when it is warmer for them to do the repair, they sent a young guy who had no paperwork, nothing.

Again I have no idea what is going on with them but now I have to find another person to fix what I just paid CM to fix.

Customer Mechanical is an exceptional company. After suffering for 2 previous summers with poor performance from my AC, and using two other inadequate quacks, they fixed my unit immediately. Do yourself a favor and go to a top performer the first time. Dan was my technician and he is very knowledgeable.

Kevin C arrived to check out why no air was coming out of my vents when the AC was turned on. He immediately put covers over his shoes when he entered my home. He was very polite. Quickly determined what the problem was. Explained everything to me. Immediately ordered the necessary part and assured me he would be back to fix the problem ASAP. I was very happy with his service and will definitely recommend Custom Mechanical.

Robert called to schedule the service, I appreciate the diligence in making sure that the service gets done at the appropriate time.

Dave D. did the service as he has for decades. He's kept the units in tip top shape. I always enjoy visiting with him. He's a great representative for the Company and does a good job on increasing Custom Mechanical's positive image.

Fantastic service and highly trustworthy. Dennis was provided access to the home while we were away and was very thorough. Spoke with me before, during and after service. When I arrived back in Fenwick my units were functioning and the inside temp was wonderful. Of course this all happened when outside temperatures were between 95-105.

We called Custom Mechanical at 5 am this morning to come to our home as the AC was not cooling and we are in the middle of the summer. They were at our house by 10 am and the AC was working flawlessly by 11 am. This was excellent customer service. Custom Mechanical greatly exceeded our expectations!! We would recommend their set i e to any and all friends and family.

Been a customer with them for several years. Recently we had issues with our AC unit and ended up talking to the service manager who I felt was rude. Also their price quote for a new ac unit installed was almost 3000.00 more than two other estimates elsewhere for the exact model. So much for getting a discount for being loyal customers. There were other issues in addition but the price quote is what really was the last straw.
