We had a great experience with Custom Mechanical, they installed a new sink for us, they came out bid the job and when installation was complete it was actually a tad less than quoted. The tech was knowledgeable and very thorough. We also
Had him look at a tub faucet that we had trouble with he told us to get the replacement part from faucet manufacturer and call if we needed it installed. Another company wanted to charge us 350$ to
Replace and never once mentioned that we could get the part from the manufacturer for free. That honesty was worth so much to us. After my current heating and air contract is up with another company, custom mechanical will be getting our business for sure.

I used this company to replace the entire AC and heating system in my house in Ocean View DE. I have to say that the team sent to my house were OUTSTANDING!!! Not only did they do the job with remarkable speed and efficiency, but they were respectful and really good guys. In addition to that the sales people went out of their way to find every way to obtain a discount for me. This is one of the best companies I have ever used. I could not recommend them more highly!!!

We got several estimates and Custom Mechanical was the least expensive for a similar HVAC system. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and professional. They were able to install the new system promptly, and the technicians did a very thorough job. We would highly recommend this company.

I have been a customer for only a year now after changing from my last service because I was so dissatisfied. I am very happy with the service I have gotten with Custom Mechanical. Dennis, the service tech who came yesterday was outstanding. He explained thoroughly what the problem was and how I could remedy it. He performed a thorough check of my system. Received a home visit within 24 hours of initial call, however never contacted with follow up quote and/or contract. The service representative was very good at explaining the problem and the solutions to correct the issue. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and highly likely giving CM our business but extremely disappointed since I was promised a quote within the end of the day which was 3 days ago.

I cannot say enough about my experience with custom mechanical. Jay and his team are amazing. I never got the name of the technician who came to work on the house, but I was so impressed with his knowledge and the time he took to explain to me the problems with our ac unit. The team was extremely responsive and they were here right on time each time (it was a complicated repair that required several visits). They practiced safety measures that included wearing masks and booties and made me feel comfortable having them in my home. When ever I had questions, jay was quick to respond. Even now, with the service completed, I recently reached out to jay with a request for a recommendation for another service provider for our trees and he responded immediately. This is clearly a company who is invested in their community and truly cares about the customers they serve.

Customer service was outstanding! Easy to set up an appointment. Jeff the technician was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Jeff replaced our shower valve , checked our hot water system. Very reasonable price. I will definitely call Custom Mechanical for my plumbing, electrical , and carpentry repairs .

Got an appointment the day after I called and they wound up having a cancellation so they called me back and fit me in the same day.! Wes was very professional, extremely neat (plumbing job/water) and thorough. I will definitely be using Custom Mechanical again ( hopefully not too soon of course) and highly recommend them to all

Just had our spring contract service call, and, as usual, the experience was painless and pleasant. Scheduling is easy (online, email or phone), and technicians arrive when promised. Our tech asked - and listened - about our systems, and responded appropriately. Service was clean, careful, efficient, friendly.
We've been customers of Custom Mechanical for more than 20 years, with annual service contracts. The annual contracts (like an insurance policy) are not inexpensive, but they are very inclusive. And in peak summer season, contract customers receive priority service.

Chris was great. We needed emergency weekend work... Chris gave us a window, then called when close, arrived on time, was fast, clean, efficient and had excellent communication skills. Got everything up and working, explained what had happened, gave tips for future problems, and did a full test of the system to ensure no other issues were hiding/needing to be addressed.

Even better, our premium support plan paid for itself with this one emergency visit.
