Stefan gave us great service taking time to tell us about the
condition of our A/C unit and what he did for the maintenance check. He is very pleasant and has a great sense of humor.

Brandon taught me a valuable lesson on moving into a new property. Our new house has 7 recessed lights in the kitchen but only 6 lit when turning on the switch so I figured one needed to be replaced. Wouldn’t you know it that the 7th light operates on an entirely different switch. Make sure you locate and test every switch before calling in the experts.

I called Custom Mechanical the next day to tell the office how great is it Chris Perry ? was. He took the time to explain things to me and spent a lot of time working on my heat pump. It was late in the day and I am sure he wanted to get home but he also wanted to help me with my problem...

We have enjoyed first-rate service for many years. The technicians are knowledgeable and the office staff is efficient and customer-oriented. We'll be loyal customers for a long time to come!

The two service pro's (Wes and Josh) sent out for our water heater replacement did a great job. They were right on time, professional and informative. I have used your Company before for AC work and I can say all of your employees have been real pro's. Your card is on my refrigerator and you will be my "go to" for future AC and Plumbing needs.

I had setup an appointment for Friday Sept 21 for my maintenance contract.
I had to go to my condo for a funeral on Monday Sept 17 and found that my heat pump wasn't working. I called Custom Mech and told them about my problem but said it was ok to wait until my appointment Friday. The guy that came told me my fan motor was bad and I had to pay $139 for a service call. Then when the motor came it is was ruined and I had to wait another week or so for a new one. Then I had to pay another $500+ for the motor. I am very upset that I had to pay so much when I have a maintenance contract.

Representative was very efficient and polite. Took care to wear shoe covering whenever he entered the house. We have been a customer for at least 25 years and have been extremely satisfied with service.

On Saturday, my house was very hot. The compressor was running but the air handler was not. I called this morning at 7:45AM and talked to Robert. By 9:00AM an HVAC Tech showed up, diagnosed the problem, repaired it by 11:00AM. Air handler motor module had failed. Unit was bought new in the early 2000's. Excellent work by all involved. If I had not had the premier servivice this would have been a very costly repair! Over a thousand dollars. Instead, no cost to me! Thanks again to David, Robert and all the gang at Custom Mechanical.

Stefan was the service technician. He reviewed my AC unit from top to bottom as part of my annual service contract. I found Stefan insightful and a straight shooter which was welcome. Needless to say, this reflects well for Custom Mechanical. Thank you.
