They came on Saturday to repair a water leak ($500+ bill). Tech didnt/couldn’t turn off the water despite my telling them how. Promised to send two guys on Wednesday. We now understand they aren’t going to come. It is Wednesday night. Only discovered they are coming because I called. Not trust worthy!!! They NEVER said the leak is the water company’s responsibility. This is directly from the invoice. “ 7/9/22
Upon arrival owner stated she had a leak at her meter pit, once I was infront of the meter I noticed a big puddle infront of the meter & curb stop. She informed me the water company had told her it was right infront of the meter. So I started digging up infront of the meter pit once I got down far enough I started to see the brass 90 that Kenny fix the last time but I couldn't get any further cause of the ground water & since it was raining outside. I informed owner what was going on & she didn't like the answer & she wanted me to continue that was at the one hour mark. I continue to fight the ground water & the rain & after another hour & half she finally told me to stop & for us to come back. She also called Robert & told him the same thing. So we need to reschedule & come back.

Call this company to have my furnace issue repair( need it a control board) I was told it would have to be ordered, after I offered to pay for overnight I was told that it was already being overnighted and it should arrive the next day in the afternoon hours so they would come by the next morning to install it($638.00+ $150.00 diagnostics , no problem it happens) I took the day off to be home for the repairs (lost about $300.00 for that)and called the office in the morning to find out they had no parts, no warning the day before about this issue, I asked if the could track the shipment and I was told the couldn’t ( fedx/ ups/ usps they all have a tracking number yet they couldn’t tracked the shipment???) after going back and forth with them I decide to call MEGEE HVAC , and explain my situation, the gentleman in the office wave the $97.00 diagnostics and found the part locally to be install the next day. ($532.00).PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND OVER PRICED.👎🏼

My AC went out and rather than have it repaired, I decided to just replace the heat pump. Got about 3 estimates including from Custom Mechanical. Steve came out and scoped out the equipment needs and sent me an estimate. It was the best of the 3 using American Standard equipment and reasonable given today's economy. In addition, Custom Mechanical offers financing. It's summer and very busy so installation was about a week and 1/2 out from contracting with them. The crew arrived early and was here most of the day (the air handler was in the attic over the garage on a very hot day). I'm extremely pleased with the unit - it's running very efficiently and effectively - and with the service provided by Steve and the install crew. Many thanks for getting my home comfortable again!

We had used Custom Mechanical at our old house and its a pleasure to have them overseeing the systems in our new house. Their quality of work is outstanding, their mechanics are knowledgeable, thorough, approachable and willing to explain what they've done in detail.

Needed new hot water heater. Before renters arrived. Custom mechanical team was responsive…came same day, and Cody on their staff did an excellent job changing out the water heater. He answered all my questions and did a neat installation…..inhighly recommend them!

Just had a 3 ton carrier heat pump installed. I couldn’t be any more happy with the ending product . Thank you Custom Mechanical for being dependable and a high quality company . The workmanship you provide is hands down the best in the area.

We had a small tub issue that needed to be taken care of. We called our usual plumber, but it went to voicemail. We called around to neighboring plumbers and no one would be available until Friday. This was a Wednesday that I called. We finally decided to go with Custom Mechanical because of the great reviews. The associate that I scheduled the appointment with was kind and understanding. To my surprise, I got a call the same day saying the tech was available to help us with our issue. When he arrived he was very courteous and efficient. The price was reasonable, but honestly, I didn't mind because they were able to help me the same day we called. This was our first experience with Custom Mechanical and not our last. They will now be our go to for plumbing needs.

So happy with our experience with Custom Mechanical. We were having a problem with our shower and within 2 hours of calling on a Saturday they had someone out. Our technician Josh was efficient and pleasant. Thanks for making it an easy ordeal!

Our upstairs air conditioner was leaking during a heat wave. We called them and they came out same day to fix it. Not only did they call before arriving but showed up on time. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything that needed to be repaired and quoted us on the spot.

Price was very reasonable and unit is working again. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for any AC needs you have.

Have been a customer of Custom Mechanical for many years. They have installed and serviced my heating and cooling equipment honestly and fairly. They may not always be “cheapest” but my experience has proven them to be very economical over the long term. Service personnel are courteous, knowledgeable and prompt. Great customer service, solid advice on repairs and quick to respond to my needs. I have recommended them to friends and would not hesitate to do so again.
