In the middle of August I awoke one morning to my central air conditioner for my home no longer working. Of course this occurred in one of the hottest weeks of the year and the house was becoming unbearably warm. I immediately called Josh at Air Adviser and he put me on the schedule later that day. He came out that afternoon, immediately diagnosed the problem, replaced the required part on the spot and had me up and running again within 20 minutes at a very reasonable price!

He came out and serviced and cleaned out hybrid oil/heat pump system and explained the system as a whole to us and told us all we needed to know and then some. We were not getting any air coming out of the vent in one of our bedrooms, and after having another company come out and tell us they would have to put holes in our walls to determine the problem, we reached out to Josh at Air Adviser. He answered on the first ring, and came out hours later. Josh quickly found that the source of the problem was that the original HVAC company had not finished hooking up part of the system. No holes in the wall needed. Josh helped us find the phone number for the other company, so that they could come out and fix their mistake. He will definitely be our go-to in the future! Couldn't recommend more!

Joshua arrived to my home before the time he was expected. Greeted me by stating his name and that he was from Air Adviser. Joshua went right to work diagnosing our issue. He is a man one would say "Know his stuff".

He was extremely professional, was very fair and honest in what he can do and can't do. Before Joshua came to our home, the AC was blowing hot air, by the time he was done, both AC's was blowing cold air the way they were supposed to. I couldn’t recommend a business more highly! Josh handled replacing 2 full heat pump systems for me and the service was great from quote to completion. I received a number of quotes for this work and I went with Air Adviser because it was clear that Josh had tons of knowledge, experience and was most concerned with doing the job right. Joshua was amazing! I hired him to do a basic service on my 7 unit system and wow! He cleaned each unit with care and attention - above and beyond all expectations. When there was a problem (you name it - we had it) he explained what was going on and what he would recommend and what it would cost, then he ordered whatever was needed and promptly picked it up. He fixed every single thing and probably saved me tens of thousands of dollars. The cost for his labor and attention and parts was extremely reasonable. He was also super professional, courteous and seems to genuinely love his job and takes pride in doing it very well. I highly recommend Joshua and Air Advisor for any and all air-conditioning work.
