We had Technician, Brian Curry come out and fix our boiler. After 18 month of sub-par performance he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes, organize the parts and fix the problem with the utmost professionalism. A true asset to gault to have a someone who really puts the customer first and executes on his promises. Cant be more thankful!

Someone below wrote that they respond right away. That may be true in terms of answering calls. Yes, they pick up quickly, but only to tell you, you CANNOT have delivery because there is no one in your area. Meanwhile they are located right down the street. If you call up even on an empty tank they will tell you they have no one to get to you. Run don't walk to other providers. I did, after toleraating this nonsense for months. 1 star is too good for these people.

Overall, my experience with Gault has been good. Their management kept me updated on the progress of the work. The only hiccup was determining the root of my furnace problem and ordering the parts. Otherwise, they were quick and thorough.

I called because my heater wasn’t working and gault was at my house within an hour. Patrick was efficient and professional and discovered that two of my three zones were air blocked and the circulator was dying. He replaced the circulator and got the air out of one zone but not the other and said he’d have to come back tomorrow. However, it turns out his Gault colleague John was 15 minutes away so came to help! By now it was almost 6PM but together they fixed it within 15 minutes! I’m now happy and perfectly warm!!

Gault Energy is first-rate with respect to anything related to propane and home heating oil. They are not the cheapest, but their pricing is fully justified by: the quality of the people they have working for them; the fact that each customer is treated in a personalized fashion; and by the company's ability to provide top-quality service 24/7. Specifically, the service technicians are well trained and helpful, the office staff is a pleasure to deal with, and the drivers making the deliveries treat our property with great care. Even senior management makes itself visible to customers. In the 9 years we've used Gault, they have always provided an excellent customer value proposition. It should be noted that Gault has successfully entered some new lines of business (e.g. generators), which should be a big positive for their customer base.
