When the blower failed in our 30 year old furnace, and the part was not immediately available, Brian, the technician, went out of his way, on his own time, after hours, to create a temporary solution by jury-rigging a conventional fan into the furnace, so we would be comfortable overnight, until a permanent repair could be made the next day.

Very well versed on the system. Spoke to us in terms we could understand. Found the error in our ‘Nest’ thermostat and was able trouble shoot the issue and give us advice. on our next step. Great group of men. I would highly recommend using Gault.

Brian Curry is hands-down the best service appointment for us ever. We had near-frozen pipes, problems with the well, needed a plumber as well as the boiler. My husband was traveling for work and none of our normal well or plumber people could make it out due to the impending snow storm. Brian showed up, understood all of the problems going on and started making calls to people he knew who could help. Many hours later, it was all resolved. I highly recommend Gault in general and Brian in particular. Wonderful company and wonderful service!

I was having problems with one of my thermostats and needed someone to install a new one. After doing research I contacted Gault. What an experience, I could not have been more pleased or impressed. I was given an appointment for the next day. The tech arrived early and was both friendly and professional. It turns out that somehow the emergency off switch tripped on the unit and the thermostat was perfectly fine. It was great to be dealt with honestly.

We literally just switched to Gault. Our representative, Wyateisa immediately scheduled an evaluation of our system. As it turned out, we lost heat during the night, the day before we were scheduled for the evaluation. The Technician, Russ and his assistant arrived and spent several hours diagnosing, repairing and corrected the problem. Waiting for our contracted service to complete the process. So far, so good!

The Gault crew solved a complex HVAC problem I've been dealing with for several years. Extremely knowledgeable team, they did great work.

Technician was on time, courteous and friendly. He knew his job and performed the annual maintenance service without a hitch.

This is the type of service we have come to expect in our 30th year now as Gault customers.
