Steve came right after we called. Steve reviewed our problem list that required 7+ visits and figured out the problem right away. Unfortunately it lies with the original (Gault) instillation of our boiler 2+ years ago. The chimney attachment should have been different and without the exit port for the specific boiler we installed. It may require a retrofit ultimately. He did some taping to see if it improves. so we'll see......?!

Do not recommend. Signed up with Gault in October for oil and yearly oil burner maintenance. Told rep that my burner may need some work done asap due to corrosion on the pipes. The tech that was sent out told me to call a plumber.
Yearly maintenance was scheduled two months out in December. Wish as a new customer this could have been completed asap in case there were issues. On a Tuesday in December another tech arrives and completes the service. Next day and Thursday our basement smells of exhaust. Friday morning before work my basement is filled with smoke and the oil burner looks like it is going to catch on fire so I emergency shut it off and called Gault emergency service. They came out the same day and fixed the issue which was a service error. A different tech told me that additional work was needed and would send me a quote. I still have not received anything. There are too many issues with this company. I am moving on. Good Luck.

I can’t recommend Gault highly enough. I was visiting my elderly mother who was having issues with her furnace and they sent someone out to her place within hours. Brian, our technician was incredibly thorough and thoughtful and kind. He took his time checking everything closely and explained his process and findings patiently and clearly. Very knowledgeable and entertaining as well. Thank you Gault, for taking the care with my mother than our own family does!

Around lunchtime on the first real cold day of the year I began to feel a chill and went to raise the temperature on the thermostat. I noticed it was set way about what the ambient temperature was. The heat refused to turn on.

I have a service contract with Gault and called. The service representative walked me through some simple stuff and decided I needed a technician. She told me that they already had over 400 emergency called for today but not to worry, she would see that my problem was addressed today, even if it was real late.

By 830 it was 60 degrees in my house and getting colder and no one had shown up. I called Gault and talked to their emergency number. Suddenly there was a flurry of phone calls to me and I was told to sit tight, I'd been promised the issue would be addressed and they guaranteed it would be.

At 9 PM Brian Curry called me and said he was the Gault technition, he was sorry for the delay but they were swamped and if I was still without heat he'd be at my house in 15 minutes. He was at my house and after he performed magic on my furnace for about 45 minutes I was getting heat throughout the icebox my house had become.

Brian was cheerful at the end of what was clearly a long day. He clearly knew what he was doing and he left with the heat back on in my house.

My family has been using Gault since 1957. They are a company that is true to their word, dependable and universally both courteous and friendly. And tonight I will sleep warm because they solved my heating problem as promised.

I highly recommend technicians Brian Curry and Justin Soto at Gault Energy. Brian and Justin both responded to an emergency request on a Friday night and worked for several hours to fix the problem. They were extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to be around and went the extra mile (at 10pm on a Friday) to explain the problem and our heating system in general to us. I now request Brian Curry and/or Justin Sotto any time we have an issue arise and need service. I also had a great experience with customer service representative Brit.

Thank you for encouraging me to leave this review. We woke to a cold house yesterday morning and called for service just after 8 am. The technician arrived mid-afternoon. He managed to give us a "workaround" so that we would have heat, but he needed to return today because a part he had was "defective". He didn't know what time the office would schedule him. We have appointments and work commitments today. I called service immediately yesterday afternoon and asked them to schedule the technician in the morning. (Remember - this is completing service on a call from 8 am yesterday.) They scheduled a manager to come this morning between 8 and noon. I called again at 10:30 this morning to confirm they would be on time, and they assured me that we were "scheduled for 8 to 12" and we would get a call when the manager/technician was 15 minutes away. It's now 12:30. No call, no manager, no technician. I have to leave in 30 minutes. What now?

This was my first experience dealing with a heating system as an owner, and I was so lucky to have Gault Energy as my service provider. Technician (Justin Soto) was so courteous, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and taught me how the system works and what I should do when a part is not working. I highly recommend Gault and I look forward to working with them more in future.
I would like to add a few words about the account manager Ronnie Mazal who helped me to set up my account. Since the whole system was new for me, he patiently explained to me what type of services I need and how I can schedule for oil delivery and everything else that I had zero knowledge about. Again, I would like to thank Gault for making the process so smooth and enjoyable :).

Pablo Ceja-Reyes is an incredible member of the Gault Team. Pablo rushed to our home to fix our heating in the January cold. When the work required two visits, Pablo came back late the next day to make sure everything was fixed. Pablo is a great representative of the Gault Team. He deserves the highest praise!
