West Side Oil was prompt and professional in answering all of our questions about our new heat pump system. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the installation done. It works great and we were very impressed with the entire process.

I can not say thank you enough to West Side Oil. I have had to call them 2 times now for an emergency. the 1st time being that my furnace turned off and would don't turn back on. They came right out and fixed it. the 2nd I ran out of oil I called and ordered oil they were at my house in less then 30 minuets. I have become a life long customer. Everyone I have spoken to is more then professional, and caring about my issues. They don't rush or do a sloppy job. More importantly they do the job right the 1st time.

Same day emergency service the day before Thanksgiving! Need I say more? They were friendly, communicative, professional and reasonably priced. I am very thankful! West Side Oil has been my family's "go to" over the past few years for HVAC system work and delivery of home heating oil. We had a new furnace and ac installed by Westside back in December, they helped us every step of the way while we decided what was the best option for us! Since our install we’ve had a couple questions due to our lack of knowledge with these systems and they have been so helpful!
