Jason is a hard working young man. It is difficult to find reasonable priced plumbers today. I had 3 small projects. All done efficiently and quickly. I also appreciated that Jason cleaned up everything and his work was spotless. I have a few more projects that I need accomplished. JT Collins Plumbing will get the job!

I hired Jason to put in a new boiler for me. He was very efficient, friendly, courteous, and professional. He came got the job done and i was totally satisfied with his work. I will for sure hire him for all my plumbing needs.

I live out of the state in which my properties are located and I had a problem with leaking kitchen pipes and a faulty shower valve. And I was notified by my renter the week of Thanksgiving during the pandemic! I called several plumbers who were unable to fit me in due to the holidays and pandemic - then I called JT! He listened to the issue, provided me with multiple dates and times (after hours even) that he could take a look. JT was called me to provide me with my options (which I appreciated) then went to work. He completed both issues within an hour and charged me half of what the other plumbers quoted me! I received a call from my tenant afterwards who remarked ay how friendly, thorough and clean JT was and left the place. JT is a community, local plumber whose goal is to do the job right the first time at a reasonable cost. Highly, highly recommend!!

At first, we had a bit of a scheduling problem, as both of us are busy people. Jason's work was well worth the wait. He made the repairs I needed thoroughly and his prices are reasonable. I will certainly use JT Collins Plumbing for any future work.

Mr.Collins came to my house late one evening and solved enough of my problem that I was able to turn the water back on. The next day he came back and fixed the original problem. I called him back a third time because another problem came, which he found and fixed fairly quickly. Hopefully I won't need to call him again soon, but I will if another problem comes up. I really appreciate that he made himself available when I needed him. Good job!

Met the guy on Wednesday and he said he would be here at 9am on Thursday for a 3 to 4 hour job. It's almost noon and he hasn't showed or attempted to contact us, even after me calling and leaving a message. Upon finally getting in touch with him (I called him) he said another job went later than expected, however when my mother called him around 9:52, she said it sounded like he had just woken up. I cancelled a pretty important appointment to be here while the work was being done. He was even there for the rescheduling of my appointment on Wednesday. I don't understand how you can have a business and treat your customer's time as if it is of little significance. Needless to say, I've cancelled his services.

I just had my water heater replaced last week. He did wonderful job and the price is very fair. I would use him again.

Made an appointment for first thing in the morning. He never showed and kept saying that he was on his way. After close to two hours - I told him to forget it. He never called to let us know of his delays.

Never followed up on any of the calls promised. Scheduled appointment didn't call for an hour to let us know wasn't coming. Not reliable.

Guy kept cancelling, never replied when texted. Bad customer service
