I have called Scott on numerous emergency occasions and he has NEVER let me down! He has repaired my AC unit at my condo and even got me an awesome deal when my furnace decided to croak! He is honest,dependable and definitely reasonable in pricing! I called him the other day now at my new house and he came the same day to check out my central AC that wasn't working and in a matter of minutes he had it working and thanks to him we now are able to enjoy the comfort of a cool house! We've used Scott a couple times in the past and he was fair and professional. This time he came on a Sunday after a frigid evening and a concern that the furnace wasn't operating properly. Scott made his way over later in the day and assured us all was working well and that he turned the heat up a bit..most others would have taken advantage of the situation but Scott was fair and reassuring.
