Fantastic service. Dropped everything to come and help me out. My furnace died in the middle of the night 56 degrees in the house when I woke up. Called every one under the sun. No one would come." Too busy sorry"I was told. Found GEM online and took a shot. They just got a customer for life. Great service excellent company! Joseph or ZEM as he likes to be called was just great. Did a wonderful job. He came in less then 30 mins and knew his craft. Highly recommend him and his company. Fast, courteous and the price was very reasonable. You can't go wrong.

Joe from Gem is a very knowledgable, fair and kind man. I called him to have my furnace cleaned. He arrived and informed me the firebox was in terrible shape and offered several options. I chose to have him rebuild the firebox. He replaced two vent valves, a gauge, rebuilt the firebox and cleaned my system. He has been in the business for decades, and it shows. The man could have taken advantage of me by charging way more or by saying the burner needed to be replaced. He is very honest and knows his trade. His pricing is very fair and competitive. I could not recommend him more highly.

Very fast to respond. Got here fast. Very professional and a nice person. Explained what he was going to do to fixed the problem. Let me tell you the price was much more than fair. Finally found a great professional person to do any and all work that comes up

I made an appointment with gem on a Monday at 9:00 a.m. He never called,never showed.Either something traumatic happened or he has some deep seated mental problems. VERY RUDE PERSON,I WILL GO TO NICK SOLLA,AT LEAST HE TREATS PEOPLE WITH RESPECT!!!Gem should be called phelm!
