It is my first time working with Green Mechanicals and I am very satisfied with the service. The technician helped me get rid of air in my heating system and reduced the noise. Very easy to communicate with phone and text message, and the service was on time. Price is very good and I will continue to work with them down the road.

I recently purchased an older home and when my heat went out, I contacted the company who originally installed the unit and had been servicing it the last 10 years. They spent about 10 minutes working on the unit and 45 trying to up-sell me on their service plans. When the unit went out again 2 days later, I searched for another company. I saw good reviews for Green Mechanicals and they were able to come out right away. The owner came himself and was fantastic. His prices were much more reasonable and was finally able to fix it correctly. I feel like most companies overcharge and take advantage of people in Fairfield county, however I did not feel that way with this company. I am so glad I found them and will be using them again for maintenance and any issues in the future.

I called with an emergency - my AC stopped working the evening of July 3rd and we had people coming for a party the following day. Upul and team were able to come, assess, and fix the problem the night before a holiday and did it all for a reasonable price. The were professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!

Upul is very experienced in geothermal systems. The service session turned into an education session for me. He did a thorough examination of our large system consisting of 8 geothermal units. After he was told the broken unit was under warranty, he contracted the carrier directly to get the repair cost cover. Upul is patient and pleasant to work with. We definitely will use him again.

Hot water heater sprang a leak on Saturday. I called Upul. He was very responsive coming the next day and installing a replacement water heater (completed within 24 hours). He also inspected an outdated boiler that had some damage, previous issues, and had not been serviced for a while. He recommended a replacement. While selecting and costing the exact model took some back and forth he was fair, helpful, patient, and clearly cares about his work/craft. Once selected, he installed a more efficient one in several days. He does things by the book. He is very knowledgeable. Competitively priced. Would definitely recommend.
