After my AC died last summer, I hired another hvac company, which didn't solve the problem and cost me a great deal of money. I am a restaurant manager in Greenwich. We had our AC break today and upon arriving Upul knew exactly what was wrong. Although, he fixed the original issue he noticed another issue with the unit which required roof access which I could not get at the time. Upul was very friendly and knew exactly what the issue was. Very nice guy and doesn’t kill you on the price. Does not seem like the kind of guy that would sell or fix something you didn’t need. My AC unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year. Technicians were backed up that day because of weather issues, but the owner (Upul) was able to come out himself to my house that evening and fix the issues. Really appreciated and quality / thorough work

They were able to respond with incredible speed and when they arrived performed a thorough inspection of my system and made sure I understood how everything worked and where there were problem areas. It is important for a contractor to have the integrity not merely do what the customer asks for but to show and explain what the customer really needs. I appreciate that greatly about Green Mechanicals. They don't take jobs and fool around... I had an extensive repair that they literally worked 10 hours straight to dismantle a poorly configured furnace and update piping and controls. They also followed up days after the job to ensure your system is working as expected. Five stars aren't enough for this company.

I woke up on one of the coldest Sundays of the year to find that my heat was not working. I contacted Green Mechanicals and was so grateful for their expertise. After running through a few basic checks while still on the phone, they advised on how to keep my home and myself safe while I waited for them to arrive. In only a few hours they came in, fixed the issue and didn't leave until I confirmed that the heat was now working in the main part of the house. They even went the extra mile to call me a few hours after the service appointment to make sure everything was still working correctly. As a new homeowner, they put me at ease and helped me understand what I needed to do. They did an amazing job and they will always be my first call! I cannot say enough good things about Upul and his team. I installed a brand new HVAC system with a different company in 2016. The unit never worked properly.
