I have 2 experiences with Ilan, both wonderful. Just this morning I noticed I had no heat. I called him , and he came over the same day. He knew just what the problem was and fixed it very quickly. But here is the BEST ONE. About 10 years ago my entire air conditioning and gas heat went totally dead. I thought for sure it was a $20,000 job. Ilan was able to figure out it was a rat that chewed through a wire. He was so honest, he could have charged me for so much more.

Ilan is a true professional. We had no AC on a very warm day during the summer and Ilan came to our rescue almost right away. He was thorough and explained how various parts of the system worked, more intelligently than many servicemen I've interacted with. Fortunately, we didn't need a new compressor, he was able to fix the problem quickly and effectively. Ilan was very honest and reliable and charged a very nice and fare rate for his service.
We will definitely recommend “Around The Clock” to all our friends and family, I'm sure they will be very happy with Ilan and his team.

Ilan came within 30 minutes to fix our Heating. He has exceeded our expectation and was a a pleasure to me him as well!!! Price was great and I must say it was a Saturday night when he came to fix the heat on a cold night!!! Very honest man, I had called another company earlier who wanted to replace the whole system!!

Our heating stopped working in the middle of the night on a very cold night. We called and Elan showed up within 15m and fixed the problem immediately. We also hired Around The Clock to maintain our heating system, install smart home heating controls, and replace our air conditioner. They’ve gone above and beyond every time and are incredibly reliable and reasonable.

Outdoor temperature reached 75 degrees and needed AC for first time this season. My compressor didn’t go on. Called Ilan on a Saturday at 5 PM he was at my house by 530 - talk about being available around the clock like the name of his company. Fixed it within 20 mins. Very reliable and efficient. He also is genuine ans honest and told me I didn’t need to professionally clean my compressor (which I usually do each season), rather just spray it with my garden hose and save money. Thanks Ilan ! I will be sure to call you again next time.

This is my third time using Around the Clock. Ilan always makes himself available - whether it's a heating issue in the middle of the night in the depth of winter to more routine calls like a malfunctioning Nest thermostat (he is skilled with these devices). I have nothing but great things to say - he has taken good care of my heating and AC needs. Quick response - quick resolution.

Fantastic service! My central air conditioner stopped running during a 94 degree day. It was 84 degrees in my house when I got home. Not only did I actually get someone on the phone when I called at 6:30pm, but they were at my house within an hour of calling. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I was not at home, my wife and 5 month where, with no heat in the house. When I called him he said he was around the corner. Upon his arrival he changed a filter. Then processed. To charge my wife $150 for if 15 minutes of work, and tried charging her for a filter we supplied. I’m a mechanic- there is no way a furnace would not work just because of a filter. That would only restrict air flow. When I spoke to him he just said “I told you!” As a small business owner I wouldn’t feel right charging that much for 15 and to me that just taking advantage of someone.

Ilan is the most knowledgeable person I have encountered in HVAC. I particularly had a system that 5 other companies and individuals could not fix. Ilan was the only person who could solve the problem. He is also a NEST pro so if you would like to switch to modern systems he can help you and you get additional 4 years of warranty. Finally, he is honest he chose to fix and A/C unit rather than replacing it. That is a very rare commodity among HVAC folks. I have recommended him to a lot of people and they are all happy.
