I called Steve and told him our heat was not working and that we were super worried about our 14th month old sleeping on a winter night without heat. Steve refused to come fix it and said that he didn’t care we had a baby. This is someone who should not have a service business. Avoid at all costs.

Steve was easy to work with and provided great, honest service. I had several HVAC quotes to get more heat to part of my house. Steve was the only one who gave me honest, straightforward information and solutions without trying to up-sell me on expense overhauls. He fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price.

Horrible, horrible. This place is a rip off. The person on the phone who takes appointments seemed reasonably nice so we went with their service. The "manager" who showed up were rude and talks down to you. I hate letting such people into my house. Feel so helpless and ripped off no matter what they tell you you have to spend. I feel helpless on how they treated me and how much they charged me for shoddy work - had to get some one else to fix their work. There are plenty of other HVAC shops out there. Stay away from these guys if you want peace of mind.

Service with a scowl! "All of us AIR" not only does sloppy work, their staff is extremely short-tempered, aggressive and downright mean. Why deal with such unpleasantness when there are other options out there?

I called numerous times and each time I was supposed to get phone call but never received one. I needed a quote...so I stopped calling
