I called the emergency after hours technician on Sunday because my central AC unit was leaking water all over my basement. I explained that it was no longer cooling the house, and requested that they come look at my unit. I was told "good news," according to the kid as it was no longer hot when I made the call, and that I was 3rd for the next day.
Today, after not hearing from Cole, I called. It was 5 pm. The emergency technician did not return my call. I called again @ 7:56 pm. Got the same kid I had the day before. He asks me what's up, well it's hot.
He then proceeds to pretend he didn't know me, but after looking up my account he asked why the scheduler did not call me. Then he asked why I didn't call earlier in the day. His barrage of questions continued. I did call earlier in the day, the technician did not call me back.
Who decides if my AC unit leaking in my basement and not blowing cold air when it is 95 degrees out is an emergency? The after hours kid was disrespectful, and my AC is still not working because my ticket was never submitted by this kid!

Speedy, courteous service, reasonable prices. Special commendation to technician Brandon who had a tough and dirty job to tackle. He was conscientious in his work and in his explanation of the work, and so very thoughtful in keeping things as clean as possible in my home.

Call and John their representative got back to us quickly and came out to fix our problem almost immediately. We’re very thankful!

I called at 130 the hottest day of the week with no a/c I was told a repair man would be here between 230 and 400 at 300 the van pulled in my driveway by 330 the a/c was working. the service was very good ,I was a first time caller , they now have a new customer. I made an appointment to have my boiler cleaned. I would highly recommend them for any service.

In the midst of the 7/2017 heat wave, our A/C compressor died and was replaced within 48 hours! Keith spent a long, HOT day with us and was always cool and calm. Nice to finally find a company who believes in and
practices great customer service! THANK YOU!!!

Keith from Cole H & C has been to my place 2X in the last 3 weeks to do the winterizing of my heating system and to disconnect/connect a gas fireplace stove. He was on-time, pleasant and very efficient. After showing him where everything was located in and outside the house, Keith went about doing the work in a timely fashion. When he finished he explained what he did and left no mess. I like individuals, like Keith, who know what they are doing and just do it. Cole seems to be able to hire good, reliable, trustworthy individuals that I have no problem having in my house. While I could call a more locally located company, we have stayed with Cole for over 10 years because of their people, the quality of their work and their recommendations on problems.Keith certainly reflects these standards.

I decided to install a Mitsubishi Dual Mini Split Air Conditioner in my basement, but lacked the wiring and expertise. Zach took the time to explain all of the options available to me, submitted the best proposal, and guided the entire process. Everything was done on time and on budget. Quality work. I'm definitely going to stick with them for all of my HVAC needs...and I'm super picky.

Nice office staff and service men. unfortunately after 3 service calls by them, they told me I needed a new furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger and gave me a quote. However I had 2 other companies come out and both said my furnace was not broken and had a leaking fuel pump cole had missed which only ended up costing $200 not $4000 for a new furnace.
