Great customer service and availability surpassed my expectations. I was not expecting a call back on a weekend but they did and weren’t annoyed to make sure my home had heat.

Brandon diagnosed our furnace problem and had the system working in no time. Cole has helped us before and will be our first call in the future. Text and email alerts about service calls are most appreciated!

I'm a new home owner with a steam system (older house). I was referred to Cole heating and cooling by a friend and was very happy with the services they provided. John came over to my house on a diagnosing call. When he arrived we talked for a bit and when I told him I was a new homeowner he happily walked me through my system, explaining all the things I should watch for and the maintenance I should do to avoid issues in the future. He alleviated my concerns informing me that my system was working perfectly and the issue I called about ended up just being a busted pressure gauge (reading the wrong pressure) which was easily fixed. All in all I would give them an 11/10 for customer service, knowledge, and friendliness. John and Cole Heating and Cooling family just earned themselves a life long customer. I would happily recommend this to friends and family in the area. Great business!

1st, John, arrived with a smile, spoke to my husband explaining what he was going to be doing today reassuring & establishing ea.process as we are new homeowners. Any questions he welcomed & was very informative. It was nice to have John's knowledge as he was able to assist us with related matters which we accepted & lived with, but in the end cost us more in power. I am a first time customer with no maintenance contract on my heat pump. From the initial call scheduling an appointment to the tech arrival, work performed, and clean up, the service was exceptional. I liked the texted updates and emailed invoice copies.

John the tech was great! He knew his craft. Analyzed and identified the problem and solved it with no issues. Explained everything to me so I could understand what he was fixing. Courteous and respectful. A pleasure to have him do the repair. Please send him the next time something here breaks down!

We had a issue today with the original thermostats on our air conditioning system. and they had to be changed thermostats. They offered us a discount without me asking. the thermostats were all no cost to us because they also determined determined that they were under warranty. They always try to get you the best deal. John, the service tech. was professional and knowledgeable. He showed me how to use the thermostat. He was extremely patient with me. I am so happy I chose Cole Heating to put in our new system 2 years ago. Zach explained the system and always made himself available for all our questions. Andy , the dispatcher Is always pleasant and gets us appointments in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Cole to anyone. I never have to worry about being over charged.
