Alex was so helpful opening and closing dampers in our crawl space to help heat our home more evenly. He kept trying and checking to make sure it was right and took time to do the job thoroughly. Professional, helpful and respected social distancing. Thank you!

Very courteous, professional, and efficient. Installed a new heating unit upstairs and works great. They stayed for awhile to ensure everything was working properly and walked me through the installation and operating instructions, as well as the warranty instructions.

Last Tuesday a wonderful young man arrived exactly at 7:30 to check our air conditioning unit. He was so polite, so quietly in charge and so efficient that I thanked and chatted a few minutes with him as he was about to leave about the bandage on my face. He was really wonderful. Hellias is lucky to have him and I do hope he comes back in the fall for the gas burner..

The service technician that came to our home was extraordinary. He totally has the Carrier HVAC systems down cold (and hot!). The tech quickly and methodically identified the cause of our heating problem and fixed it. I could not be more pleased with Hellas Air Temp. They are the best.

Hellas Air Temp is only HVAC repair that was able to set up an appointment for A/C repair. I called roughly 6 other places.

I switched from oil to natural gas heat about a month ago and had Hellas do the work. I got several quotes and some of them were a rip off but most were in the same ball park. The Hellas quote was about average and the owner who came to give me the quote seemed to be a genuine and honest guy. The Hellas quote was the only one to use an indirect hot water tank which most online reviews said was a far better setup and more efficient than a regular gas hot water tank. Even with the better equipment and better setup requiring more work the Hellas quote was very competitive.

When it came time for the work to be done there was an issue that came up with the permit from the town that would require some extra work that wasn't included in the quote they gave me. I thought I was going to have fight and argue with Hellas to get them to cover the cost of the extra work but they were very professional and said they would do the work at no extra cost! I didn't even have to bring it up. I was very impressed.

Its been about a month now and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Hellas Air Temp to anyone needing heating or cooling work. If you want quality work done and don't want to be ripped off then give them a call.

I’ve been getting estimates for central HVAC replacement. These guys provided a very fair price in writing, and a timeline for the work. Most impressive, however, is that this was the only company that admitted that the coolant leak was visible and repairable, if I was interested in that option.

The women that make the appointments are not just nice. They are also knowledgeable and take the time to listen to the issues you are calling for and are able to discuss with you the best options.
I spoke with Adriana when I called. After hearing my description she said it may be a problem that is included in the service plan we have with our fuel company and before charging us to come out I should have the fuel service rule out any of their possibilities. Plus she still reserved an appointment for me in case it turned out that they did need to come. The fuel service man came and determined it was in fact an issue that is unrelated to their service so I called Adriana back and she had their service man here this morning.
He was on time and very nice. He explained the problem he found, told me what to do next and made a temporary fix so we can have heat until the part that is needed comes in.
Super service, I so appreciate her consideration to save us money and highly recommend Hella’s to anyone needing heating/AC service.

I have used Hellas for many years. They have always been very professional and do great work. They have performed the regular maintenance as well as coming during emergencies. I wouldn’t use any other company.
