I am a long time customer of East Coast, and for good reason. Locally owned; top quality services and systems; responsive and trustworthy; highly experienced. They have maintained and installed all of my heating/AC systems in various homes. All staff, from owner to technicians to office manager, go out of their way to be helpful. Top notch!

Extremely poor attitude. Called Kevin a number of times with no call back. Finally he Came to our house and said he would get our contractor a proposal. Called a week later and said he hadn’t gotten to it yet because he went skiing. When I asked about the unit to be used he told me that he wouldn’t deal with me and hung up. I called back and told him we will find another dealer.

Kevin responded immediately to our emergency--first 90 degree day and compressors frozen--and quickly fixed the problem. He arrived ahead of schedule, went straight to work, and was done in less than 30 minutes. We are very grateful and will continue to be loyal customers.

Kevin installed a very tricky heating and cooling system in our antique house on the water. It had to be suspended from the ceiling of the basement and reconfigured for propane. He replaced the entire A/C system and dealt with difficult working conditions. He immediately responds to all inquiries and is always pleasant and professional.
