I have been a very happy customer of Personal Energy for 7 years. During that time span Jarren has saved us from furnace trouble in the middle of the cold winter several times. Much to our relief. Very reliable company. On top of that Jarren is a knowledgeable, honest, hardworking, and overall good guy who is patient enough to take the time to explain things to you in a way that is easy to understand. 5/5 highly recommended

Personal Energy Company seriously came through for us! As new homeowners, we had not signed up for automatic deliveries with a company, nor had we had a delivery of oil. When the temperatures dropped to below freezing at the beginning of January, we unfortunately ran out of oil. Not a single company would help us out, and believe me, I was willing to pay ANYTHING. That's when I was referred by a family member to Personal Energy. Jarren was kind, quick, honest, helpful, and above all, fair. I was not a regular customer at the time, but Personal Energy quickly earned my trust and I plan to continue to do business with them. Thank you!

I have been with Personal Energy Company in New Britain for over 30 years. Throughout that time, their service has been very reliable, timely, and spot on. I have never run out of fuel during those cold winter spells that we get in CT - Darren and company have always kept us supplied. I recently had a new furnace installed by Personal Energy - 2 days to completely remove the old system and install the new system - working beautifully - and a very reasonable price to boot. Highest accolades for Personal Energy Company.

This guy is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. He gets up set that we have to keep calling him out to fix the same problem. If he would only fix it correctly we wouldn’t have to keep calling. Such a nasty attitude.

When called for service, he is always there on time and go well and above the needed work. Apart from services, we are glad we are working a reliable, and honest person!

This company has the worst customer service!! Don’t ever use them for anything. This guy should be reported to the BBB.
