Fantastic! Highly recommended! Honest, professional, straight-forward, knowledgeable, reliable, conscientious, and empathetic are just some of the words I'd use to describe Mike. He did an amazing job. He showed up promptly, he was wearing a mask (something I especially appreciate with a little one at home), he quickly figured out why we didn't have heat, and was then able to make the needed repairs immediately. He also identified an emergency situation with a failing expansion tank and made the needed replacement so we didn't end up with a flooded basement next week. Wonderful experience all around!

I could not leave a more positive review! The experience we had beginning to end has been amazing. Bill was a bit booked out because it’s his busy season, but was super open about timing and was extremely flexible with us. He came to the house and did a thorough inspection, sat down and explained everything in detail, and was so honest and realistic about pricing and what we needed. Our AC was installed two weeks later and everyone arrived on time, was extremely kind, and got the job done in A DAY! We had no air ducts so there was a lot of work that went into it. The electrician that worked with them was awesome as well. We have some wiring issues and they were able to work around it and even help fix a few things. As first time home buyers and a young couple with not a lot of knowledge we definitely recommend them!

My husband and I are truly appreciative of the quick response and turn around time in getting our new heating system installed! We were without heat for over two weeks downstairs and had called other companies and getting nowhere in terms of servicing. Rieves and Direct Home Service staff were prompt in coming in to assess the issue and install a brand new unit within a couple of days. We are very happy that the install was completed in one day and we now have heat for the upcoming storm this weekend!! Thank you so much!!

I went out of town on Sunday 4.10 thinking I’d be gone till Thursday but plans changed. I had turned down my thermostat to 60 before I left and ended up coming home the very next day to find out that my heat was off. I went downstairs and the pilot wasn’t lit. My unit was about 30 years old and I’d had frequent problems with it in the past 16 years. I looked online and found DHS quite by accident. This was Monday morning 4.11 just to give you a timeframe. They sent Mike Pasquale out within 2 hours. He looked at it and found a major problem so within 3-4 hours, Rives was here putting together a package for me that fit my needs and my budget. Tuesday he got the ball rolling; Wednesday the job began at 8:00 am and they were finished, cleaned up and out by 2:00 pm.
I feel so blessed that I found this company! Everyone is professional and super efficient. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my neighbors!

Mike did an excellent job, he explained exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. He gave other options that he thought that wasn’t necessary at this point in time but maybe needed in the future because of the age of the system. Fair price, good job.

Will provide more details on services as they are completed. We contracted for complete replacement of furnace, condenser and a/c coil... it's possible the heating & cooling appliances we're replacing are "original" to the 1988-built condo, else only the second replacement. In any case, the appliances owe us nothing in this 34-yo condo unit. I will feel *very* confident moving forward with a brand new set of YORK appliances. :-)

Update... September 6th, 2022.

Replacement of both the inside & outside units went flawlessly. Two guys showed up promptly with a truckload of appliances & they immediately set to removing the old units. They uncrated everything outside, so there was no mess inside. And there was no problem with installation as all the replacement pieces were smaller & more compact than the original pieces.

When done, the guys showed me how to use my new digital thermostat (replacing the old dial thermostat), and their work area was left meticulously clean. All in all, it took about about six hours for the entire job.

Would HIGHLY recommend this company for any HVAC issues you may have.

Direct Home Services was great to work with! Professional, timely, efficient, clean and friendly!! Very helpful and informative. They left my home just as they found it except with a brand new heating system that works great and looks great!! I would highly recommend their services. Great experience all around!

We priced out several different HVAC's from about 5 companies. Bill was very easy to work with, excellent at returning phone calls, his pricing and time to install was the best. We got 3 Daikin HVAC's... they were installed 3-4 days after ordering in June. Work crew was professional, took care to protect the floors and furniture plus cleaned up after. We're so happy with our system...nice to have a cool, humidity free home !
