Was a pleasure working with everyone there. Had a service but during it the AC unit died (it hasn’t been serviced since before we lived there and was in bad shape) and as first time homeowners didn’t really know what to do. Rives came out, quoted us a good new system and prices were very fair. He helped us out there! Dennis was able to come out in less than a week with a whole system and got it installed. Definitely recommend them and will be using them for service in the future too.

Mike came to service my AC system. He was professional and explained what was he was doing. Mike pointed out things that could be improved such as adding a filter, and things that were working well and didn't need to be changed. I have an old air conditioner and while it was working fine he pointed out issues I may run into in the future, and what my options would be at that time. I chatted with Mike while he worked and it was quite apparent he knew a lot about the new energy efficient systems on the market. I look forward to using Direct Home Services again.

Direct Home Services was wonderful to work with. I called them on a Monday, they came out within 3 hours to look at my system. The technician was knowledgeable and gave me some great insight into what was wrong with my system (needed to replace the whole thing). I did some shopping around, but Direct Home Services really had the best price, and the best guarantee of the system, and financing. I made the decision to proceed with them on Friday, and they were here first thing Wednesday morning to replace the entire system. They were so efficient, hard working, respectful, tidy/clean, and diligent. They even went the extra mile for me, by combining my heating and cooling thermostats. I was really impressed with the fact that the owner came back to make sure everything was satisfactory and do a final walk through. They really went above and beyond for me, they exceeded my expectations, and I would really recommend them to anyone and I would use them again!
