After another company cancelled my appt that I made a week before, I called Nutmeg and got an appt for the next day. They came and did exactly what I had asked them to do. He explained all the options that I had so that I could make a sensible decision on my own. Very professional and very reasonable fees. They charged half the fees the more popular companies charged. I actually paid a lot less than I would have if I went through with the original company I had an appt with. I was so pleased with the service that I contracted them to come back in six months.

After calling 10 other companies I realized I should of just called Nutmeg Mechanical first. I learned more in one phone call then I did by calling the first 10 companies. What a great experience. I spoke with Quentin who went over and beyond his job to help me. They will have my business moving forward!

Nice to have a feeling you aren't gonna be ripped off. Great Representative came out. Company hopefully treats him that way. I scheduled service 2 weeks ago and he actually came on time. Which is hard to do if you're not his first stop. Good company. Use these people. 👍👍

I called Nutmeg Mechanical for a consultation regarding an atypical heating system inside of the residence I moved into. Two technicians arrived the next day and patiently went over the primary and secondary furnaces, assisted with labeling critical pipes and valves, and ultimately gave me the sense that I had established a rapport with the right HVAC professionals. Nutmeg Mechanical will be who I call first the next time I have problems with my heat.

Middle of summer after a recent power outage and our central air stopped working. These guys were out within 2 hours, quickly fixed and at a very reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend.
