0 Stars if I could. Rude, poor customer service! First forceful question..."what company are you from?" I explained I was a homeowner calling to inquire about a custom sized register box. Don't know who answered the phone, but there was no eagerness to help in any way shape or form. To add insult to injury, the person hung up after basically calling me an amateur and ordering me to call my HVAC Professional. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company; they don't have the basics down on how to treat a person with respect.

Get my HVAC / sheet metal parts here alot...custom grilles and diffusers are a also available
