The service at SM Mechanical is wonderful! They are professional and very reasonably priced. I have contracted with them for my home and my business! The owner Sal is hands on and you can be sure your heating issues will be corrected.

i had been dreading replacing a 30 year old cast iron boiler system. after listing my home, it became apparent I needed to install a new system. after talking to several HVAC contractors, Sal of SM provided an estimate for a complete system competitively and install quickly. his technicians workmanship was quality and thorough. I was referred by a friend and happy to highly recommend SM Mechanical.

Very fast after hours response to fix issue with boiler!

Sal and Noel were great. Needed a new water heater installed in a short times notice. Very professional job you could tell they both took pride in their work wanting to make sure everything lined up and was up to code. Went the extra mile by using zip ties just to make sure the electrical cord for the water heater was routed better. Very efficient and clean with work and time. Took time after to explain the water heater features and what to do if there ever was a problem.

SM installed our HVAC system and when we had questions, Sal patiently and thoroughly explained things to my partner and me on separate occasions. We asked him to do some plumbing work and install new appliances - oven, washer, and gas dryer. Compared to another quote, he was less expensive and offered more efficient solutions. When I was having a problem with the washer, Sal was very responsive via text and encouraged me to seek a less drastic solution than I asked him for. It saved money and time! I called the appliance company, figured out the problem, and Sal came over in the next few days to help correct the issue.

The service was just what I was looking for. Sal provided me with a variety of options based on what I was looking for. I was in the market to install a new AC unit, and I couldn't have chosen a better company than SM Mechanical Services! Sal and his crew were clean, respectful and fast! Sal and his crew did an awesome job replacing a hot water heater. A rival company wanted $1500 to do the job. SM Mechanical did it for under $1K and was out the same day I called!. Doesn't get much faster than that. Their work is also guaranteed for a full year and their on call 24/7 for additional peace of mind. Highly recommended this company!!! If I could give em more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Sal and his team replaced my old furnace at my home for a new energy efficient one. Just took a few hours to do and we were back up and running. Very satisfied with their work. Sal kept me informed with everything i needed to know as a homeowner.

Noel performed a yearly tune up on my gas fired combination boiler. He arrived in the window scheduled, did the needed work on a non-interference basis, told me what he saw/fixed during his inspection and what to expect during the next regular time up. Always easy to talk to and willing to explain stuff in non-industry speak.👍
