Excellent service from start to finish. Alex came out to the house and provided a quote for a 4 ton 5 zone ductless system. Their price was the best quote out of the 4 companies we had come to the house. The install team was timely, efficient, and respectful the whole time. They even made it a point to let my wife know that they were fully vaccinated, which we appreciate given they were in and out of the house and we have a 3 year old at home (they also wore masks in the house which was respectful). Everything is up and running and working great! I will never have to lug window air conditioners up and down the stairs again! I would highly recommend SM Mechanical to anyone looking for HVAC work.

I highly recommend SM mechanical services. We had a water heater emergency on Sunday night and they fixed the issue next day. The plumber was responsive though out the process. The cost was reasonable as well.
